- Log in to your account: Visit the Sign-in Page and log in to your account using your e-mail/username and password.
- Access the subscription settings: Once you are logged in, click on Subscriptions in the left column.
- Locate your subscription: Click View. Here, you’ll see details about your current subscription, including the plan type and billing information.
- Cancel the Subscription: Click Cancel
- Confirm cancellation: Follow the onscreen prompts to confirm that you want to cancel. You may be asked to provide a reason for canceling.
- You will see a confirmation that your subscription was successfully canceled, and you will not be charged the following billing cycle.
Please note that Pending Cancellation means that you still have access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle but no further charges will occur.
